This course utilizes American Hotel and Lodging Education Institute (AHLEI) and National Restaurant Association curriculum to prepare learners to earn four credentials valued by the hospitality and food service industries. Participants can earn Restaurant Server, Breakfast Attendant, and Kitchen Cook certifications, and the ServSafe Food Handler certificate. This package of credentials shows potential employers that the job candidate is qualified and committed to providing quality food services in a hospitality environment.
